I'm writing to request a refund for order #3423300, which I purchased online on January 29 at 13:21. When I picked up my order, I was incorrectly asked to pay again, resulting in an additional payment of $34.55. I had already paid for the food online, so I'd like to request a refund for the duplicate payment. I reported this issue to your business on the same day, and they assured me that I would be reimbursed, but I haven't received anything yet.
